PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE STUDIO AVAILABILITY BEFORE CHECKING-OUT TO AVOID YOUR BOOKING BEING CANCELLED DUE TO CLASS OR EXAMS.

T&C's

- SAE reserves the right to move bookings to a different space if changes in     the class schedule requires us to do so. You will be given notice of changes/cancellations in writing as far in advance of the booking date as is reasonably practicable.

SAE is still an educational facility, which means at any time we can have classes running in our spaces. Therefore,

- Noise levels in all spaces must be kept to a reasonable level. If you are disturbing other users, you will be advised to reduce your noise level by staff.

- All studios are equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air circulation. Please do not change or switch off these aircons.

- Movement of equipment between live rooms and studios is prohibited, If this happens, you will be liable.

- No food or drinks may be taken into the studios.

- Please avoid bringing in glass containers.

- You will be liable for any damage caused to the spaces during or as a result of your hire.

- This includes (without any limitation) damage to the floor, walls, or audio-visual system.

- You are responsible for informing the gear house if you notice anything unusual in the condition of the space you are using before commencing your booking.
